Caroline Gage

LPC

Licensed Professional Counselor

Hi! I’m Caroline. I support individuals who are navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief, and those seasons when everything feels a little bit overwhelming. My approach is collaborative and holistic. I want to help you better understand yourself, build coping skills, and develop practical strategies that actually fit your life.

I often work with clients on boundaries, self-esteem, relationship or family dynamics, and learning how to move through big changes with clarity and confidence. I love helping people find steadiness during times of uncertainty.

Outside of my work with clients, I enjoy baking, playing tennis, spending time outside, fitness, and spending time with our two golden retrievers. I’m originally from Georgia, went to Auburn for undergrad, and moved to Charleston for grad school, which is also where I met my amazing husband.

My goal is to create a warm, supportive space where you feel understood and encouraged. Wherever you are in your journey, I’d be honored to walk alongside you!

Kelli Kerkhoff

LPC-A

Licensed Professional Counselor Associate

Life can feel complicated - whether you’re navigating stress, old patterns, or uncertainty about what’s next. My role is to help you untangle those challenges with clarity, compassion, and practical tools that make healing feel possible.

I work with individuals facing anxiety, trauma, attention struggles, and relational challenges, as well as those seeking to strengthen performance in sports, acting, music, or other creative pursuits. My approach is collaborative and grounded in neuroscience, drawing from Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems, EMDR, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Clients often share that they feel both safe and empowered, even if therapy has felt difficult before.

I grew up in Iowa, earned my undergraduate degree in Business Finance from the University of Northern Iowa, and completed my graduate degree at Charleston Southern University in 2025. Married for over 25 years with two adult sons, I bring both professional expertise and lived family experience to my work. Outside the therapy room, I’m an avid runner who has completed numerous marathons and a full Ironman 140.6, and I enjoy reading, nature, and cheering (sometimes too loudly) for the Clemson Tigers. At home, I share life with a loyal dog and several cats - thanks to being what’s affectionately called a “foster failure.” Humor, joy, and lightness are as much a part of my life as discipline and structure, and I believe they’re essential ingredients in healing.

You don’t have to be perfect. You just have to begin.

Audrey Godfrey

LPC

Licensed Professional Counselor

It’s great to meet you. I’m Audrey Godfrey, a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with adult women and men seeking healing, personal growth, and greater emotional balance. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive space where clients can explore challenges, gain insight, and develop practical tools to move forward with confidence.

Originally from Central Florida, I have proudly called the Lowcountry home for the past 15 years. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Addictions Counseling from Indiana Wesleyan University and my Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Liberty University.

I have received specialized training in faith integrated counseling and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), including advanced training in attachment focused Relational EMDR. My approach is also influenced by Attachment Theory, somatic awareness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I integrate these approaches to help clients understand how their experiences, relationships, thoughts, and nervous system responses shape emotional and relational patterns.

With more than 13 years of experience serving the Charleston area, I have worked with diverse populations in a variety of therapeutic settings. I support adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, self esteem concerns, codependency, trauma, and issues related to identity or spirituality.

I strive to create a comfortable, confidential, and nonjudgmental environment where clients can process their experiences, develop new skills, and pursue meaningful personal growth. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I enjoy partnering with clients as they work toward healing and lasting change.

Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy traveling, listening to live music, paddleboarding, and spending time with family and friends.
